I loved NBA Jam in arcades and on the SNES, but that's probably the only basketball game I ever liked. I'll just wait for NBA Jam HD TE to hit XBLA Arcade at some point. :/

@kevinski: Uhg, now I am rethinking of purchasing one. I went to Amazon and read all the reviews for both the blue and black ones and it basically seems like buyer beware. :(
I really wanted this pad but it seems like it breaks down after a short while. How do you deal with it? Would you ultimately recommend it, anyway?

" This is the one I'll be picking up. Excellent cross-like d-pad, 6 button support like the good ol' Genesis pads and turbo support. It also gets excellent reviews and Play Asia has them in black, white and blue. (Although I'll be getting mine off Ebay) Hope this helps. I second that controller. I use it to play SotN with a Saturn-style button layout. My only complaint about it is its ghosting issue. It'll occasionally trigger directional presses (on the analog stick, I believe) for no reason. It's a very common issue (read some reviews), but the d-pad's definitely a lot better than the one on the stock Xbox 360 controllers. It's a bit stiff for my liking, but it's still a good d-pad. "
Oh, really? I never knew about the ghosting issue. I had heard from reviews that the sticks feel a little awkward but most said they would probably go back to normal after some wearing in over time. Thanks for the heads up, though! I'm still going to pick it up since it looks way better than that MadCats fight pad.

Oh, and I guess we both forgot to mention that it's a wired controller too. To me that's a huge plus but for some wired completely turns them off so that's also something to consider.

This made my night. Brilliant!

On topic, it's funny all these people jumping ship to PS3 after their 360 went belly up because I'm the complete opposite. Had a PS3, even had Linux installed and a fancy(expensive) GT5 wheel, and it gave me the YLOD about a month ago. Got a 360 instead since they were much cheaper and haven't looked back.

" I was going to, but Eurogamer just trashed it in their review, giving it a 4/10 and calling it a lackadaisical effort :( "
And now I'm off to read said review. :(
Thanks for the heads up, didn't know anyone reviewed it yet.

I'm using Chrome for Mac and it worked fine for me. I had to turn off Ad Block, though.

As I stated in the other topic regarding this:

"  Best way to use ads I have seen in a long long time. I turned off my Ad Block just so I could see the Best Buy ad and complete it.

Did you hear that? I actually turned OFF my Ad Block. On purpose! How many sites can get their viewers to do the same?"
