Also, a tip for those going through Sony's RMA process: I had nothing but problems with the web form. It wasn't until I had a live chat with an actual CSR, and had him complete a service request for me, that I actually was entered into the system.
I have just boxed up my PS4 to send it in for repairs, as it's been suffering from the "unexpected disc eject" issue that evidently is common enough that Sony made a video about it: http://community.us.playstation.com/t5/PlayStation-4-Support/INFO-Issues-with-ejecting-PS4-discs/td-p/42133811
How many other folks on here have had this happen? Did you send in your PS4 for repair? Did you get the same one back, repaired, or a replacement PS4?
