This practically the exact specs as the PC I have built myself, except I use a full ATX motherboard and Corsair Carbide 500R case, can I ask why mATX?

Also if possible I would highly recommend an SSD, specifically the Samsung 840 EVO.

I've just replaced my PC case today so had to do a similar thing. Just unplug everything and use the mobo manual to tell you where to plug them back in, it shouldn't be too complex. All that plugs into the mobo really are some fans , the CPU power and the main board power. If your graphics needs power from the PSU remember to plug that back in, along with the power to hard disks or DVD drives.

@Langly: There's pointing it out and then there's revelling in the whole thing, this article is like getting beat over the head with a blunt object. People are offended by this, end of. An article which is 'Hey look at this awful statue' is fine, but this goes way way beyond that.

I am experiencing the exact problem mentioned here, the videos even work on my phone but not on my Win7 PC which does not use any adblock software. I've tried Chrome and IE.
