Hey duders,

What's everyones opinion on this after it's been out for a while? Thinking about buying it.

Also, should anyone have a guest pass laying around I'd love one.

@generalbison:

Apparently, this works http://www.reddit.com/r/hearthstone/comments/2436x4/hearthstone_fireside_cardback_easy_way/

About to try it myself.

Edit:

It works! I joined this room linked in the reddit thread and its very simple, you just go to the friends menu and challenge others nearby, and you don't even have to play three complete games, its enough to concede all of them.

I'm game.

That said, I live in Europe so time zones might be an issue, and I know very little about setting up VPNs.

Just finished the first episode. Phenomenal.

Man just came in here, saw the opening, and just went to watch it......the word phenomenal definitely appropriate. Glad i decided to visit this thread cause i had no idea that that show even existed

I had seen the trailer a few months back, but had forgotten about it. Just saw the first episode and it was pretty damn good. I really like the premise and the fighting seems to be pretty dynamic.

Even better news, the script writer revealed on Twitter that it's going to run for half a year. If they can keep this up for 24 or so episodes without a huge drop in quality which is bound to happen at some point, then that's all kinds of fantastic.

Thanks for the link, (Also Little Witch Academia and the Trigger teaser. I loved Panty & Stocking, so I'm excited) had no idea this show existed and that first episode is really good. Hopefully not setting the bar too high, I really loved the ending

Having read most of the manga, I'm pretty darn excited to see everything animated on the big screen, especially when the first episode nails everything about the series like a hammer.

I also really liked how well the high-flying acrobatics with spiderman-hookshots translate into animation, which should make for some crazy-awesome action scenes if the budget can keep up.

Hey anime thread, I'm gonna throw out a recommendation for the best manga I've read in a long time: Molester Man.

The name is pretty deceiving, yet accurate. It's the rather ill-fitting alias of the main character in the story, a story based on (supposedly) real-life events, who in a sequence of misunderstandings is suspected of stalking a girl (who the story then aptly names Miss Understanding), and it develops from there in a very charming, humorous (expect LOTS of nerdy references) and touching manner.

Presumably because it is based on a real story, it avoids cliches and instead reads like the diary of a lonely guy who tries very hard not to be. His struggles are the struggles everyone face in some way, and his triumphs, as well as his defeats, feel that much more potent because of that.

It's drawn by the same artist as Onani Master Kurosawa, where you shouldn't let the name discourage you either as it is also great (and you should read it as well).

@petiew: I would definitely add Chihayafuru to that list, if you like drama with great characters. It's on its second season right now, but both seasons are consistently amazing.

I continue to be astounded by how they make an anime about an effing cardgame that dramatic, suspenseful and interesting to watch.
