@emem: hahah, I was just going to mention the good old Gravis Gamepad!
Had the same one back in the day, I bet it's still hiding around here somewhere.

If the game is better suited for a controller than yes I'll use one.
I'm not the type of PC gamer that has so much false pride about being a PC gamer that I'd force myself through a game w/ mouse and keyboard when controller is better suited.

The Witcher 2 better w/ mouse and keyboard?
Wrong!
Dirt 3 better w/ mouse and keyboard?
Slap!
Battlefield BC2 better w/ mouse and keyboard?
Hell yes!

I don't have GameFly but I could guess that Brink, Green Lantern, Transformers, and WWE All Stars are readily available for rental...
HAH!

Most fools think every MMO is a WoW clone.
Even the MMOs that came before WoW...
(which are pretty much the same besides content/art)

I am having a similar dilemma...
I reserved Mercs for $5 in hopes it would be good.
I picked it up Tuesday and used $25 on a gift card I just got for a recent birthday.
Spent about $13 more on credit I had from trade-ins.

The game sounded like fun for the 3DS esp for it's pick up-n-play nature.

I had played RE 4 on the Cube I believe... ?  (Last RE game I've played)
But I don't remember playing Mercs mode at all.

I'm hearing such horrible things concerning technical issues that it's swaying me from even opening this thing.

Do i crack it open?
Or return it to the GameShtapo?

Pulp Fiction
Resevoir Dogs
Clockwork Orange
Boondock Saints

And I still feel no need to for some reason.
Some of those few movies that it's just "cool" to see...  ; )

Now Goonies is a damn classic, watch that immediately!

Didn't you see the award winning film "Gamer?"

No?
Eh, I didn't either...

They get better, trust me.

Attach it do your dog and tie he/she to a treadmill...

If I want coins I just put the damn thing into sleep mode in my pocket even though I'd have no intention on using it when going somewhere.
When you return home later check how many you've gotten.

Edit: Tape it to the inside of a salad spinner?  ; )
