  • I wasn't a huge fan of Fallout 3 even though I bought it and am still playing through the story mode, but something about New Vegas caught my eye and my interest and has yet to let go. One of the most interesting stories of the year coupled with an amazing amount of choices and side missions make this one of the years best. All of this make Fallout: New Vegas my Game of the Year!

  • Starcraft was my last ditch effort to actually like an RTS game after many bad ones. It turned out to be one of the best multiplayer experiences out there that has kept me coming back every day...literally every day. I've never worked harder to be good at a game ever.

  • A fantastic game in every aspect, good multiplayer, AMAZING story mode that is so deep you can't see the bottom with all kinds of minigames, side quests and just walking around is fun on its own. John Marston easily is my favorite character of the year and Red Dead lands close to the top as well.

  • Easily my most anticipated of the year and it didn't let me down. It introduced some of the best characters of the year as well as a damn good story to go with it. I couldn't stop playing this game which led to me beating it in two sittings and begging for more.

  • World of Warcraft has always been one of my favorite games and Cataclysm just made it even better. The world seems fresh and I'm still finding new things around the world to do. This made a fantastic game even better. Not to mention sucking back into the world after a few months absence and I'm sure glad it did.

  • Need for Speed Hot Pursuit is probably the first racing game since Blur to capture my interest and not let go. The online is the best component here and my favorite and it's so good...so good.

  • Returning to Italy in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood was like returning home, I spent so much time in AC 2 that I felt a bond with the characters like no game since Mass Effect. Plus adding in a better story, better gameplay and some insane multiplayer makes this game one of the years best.

  • My official "Best game that nobody played" award definitely goes to Blur. Combining the best of Mario Kart, Forza and Call of Duty into this amazing racing game. I love this game and am still one of the few dedicated fans who still play it online. This game is one that i wish people had given a chance because if they had it would have flourished.

  • Transformers delivered one of the most complete packages this year with Call of Duty like addicted multiplayer with a transformers twist and a fun immersive single player where you get to play as your favorite robot. Not to forget the DLC still coming out and the horde like wave fighting mode this is the 2nd best game that nobody played.

  • No game was more of a surprise than Monday Night Combat, I expected a semi-good multiplayer mode that would eventually die off in the coming months, interest made me buy it and I'm glad I did because what I got was fun class combat mixed in with a little dota which is never a bad thing. One of the most original experiences of the year and one of my most enjoyable.
