I really don't believe a single word of this, but imagine if it all were to be true. Like... it's hard to tell if it was written by a Sony fanboy or a Microsoft fanboy.
Keep in mind the rise of digital sale. Microsoft selling games through their service and Sony through theirs makes them even more money now than before. There is no need for distribution the same way, not the same need for personnel and probably most importantly – no need for the store’s cuts. Therefore, they account for some more revenue through different services and take a loss on the console itself.
I honestly can see both sides here but as someone who actually loves the lore of World of Warcraft and the feel of it being an actual world that is evolving – this is everything I ever hoped for. This made me want to play Destiny 2. In the long run I really do believe that this will make the game better in anyway. I rather run around in a world that feels alive and true to how the story is shaping up then have parts of the game that never gets visited and just feels totally out of place.
@deathstriker: They are. You match up with people with the same control scheme as you. So if you play with keyboard and mouse on Playstation you match up agaist keyboard and mouse on PC and consoles. The only instance you match up against mobile players and all that fun stuff is when you have different schemes in your party. So it's in your hands really who you go up against.

The game introduced a brand new mechanic which we've never seen? How is that unoriginal. Don't think it's a game like PUBG only because you jump out of a plane (bus) and fight against 99 people. Beyond that there are about 0 things like PUBG in the game.

@dryvby: As for what Microsoft will require from Switch users I don’t know. But the fact that Realms will continue to cost money isn’t weird at all. They offer you a private server to play on after all. That’s how Realms work on every platform.
If you can run your own server it’s completely free now and I have a really hard time believing they’ll change that. I guess you’ll simply check the “allow cross platform play” when you set up a server and that’s it. They’ve already said that you’ll get the new version of Minecraft which will allow this for free and everything will carry over.
EDIT: Also - the fee for Realms is payed by the server admin, everyone else plays for free. So it's not like EVERYBODY will be paying a monthly fee.
Trackmania meets Forza Horizon 3. Guys, it is finally happening. For a game that is about having a bunch of stupid fun this might be the best possible expansion!
I find it really hard to believe that this game was made with no heart just pure greed, regardless who made the game. It’s a good game, in some parts a great game. It might not be as good as Mass Effect 2, but I actually enjoyed it a whole lot and my problems with it would surely be there whoever would made this game.
