@probablytuna: You can create a new account in your PS3 and set your country to United States when registering the PSN ID. You'll get the US store, and you can play any games downloaded from that account with any other account on the PS3. You generally need a US credit card to purchase things, but you can add credit to your PSN Wallet with PayPal in http://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/.
Hmmm, I don't know, I'm already juggling two PSN accounts, having more seems like it's gonna be trouble. I also want everything in one account because the Vita doesn't allow multiple accounts, damn that sucks. Thanks for the tip anyway!
Well, you can't run PS2 Classics on a Vita, and you can play the game on other PSN accounts with nothing missing. And you can conveniently buy PSN credit in $10 increments (the price of P3FES).
Is P3P available in English on your local store? If you have a Vita, I recommend playing P3P over P3FES anyway.
