Jeff keeps saying how they do reviews and quick looks to provide a service and let people know if a game is good or not, but they continue to get worse and worse at knowing what they are talking about, especially in quick looks. They hardly understand the mechanics, they barely ever know the price of the game, they ask each other questions about a game and often answer "hmm I don't know" or "I'm not sure". They make "youtube" jokes all the time but honestly most youtube let's plays provide way more information and knowledge then they do.
I don't think this game looks fun either way, but the way Dan went about this quick look is just lame. The video itself wasn't entertaining or funny to make up for it either.
I agree completely. I think this video really dropped the ball and should be reevaluated by the staff as to whether or not it meets their standards. If it does, where does it rank amongst their standards, and what are those standards to begin with?
