This is one area where American rpg makers have something to learn from the Japanese. When I pay $60 for a game I expect a introduction, body, and conclusion to the story. I feel like we were left hanging and another $40 on an expansion pack is the only way to get the full story. I much prefer the final fantasy X/final fantasy X - 2 model. Where they release 2 games that share a lot of assets but both games tell a complete story.

When I try to AirPlay videos to apple tv from either my ipad 2 or my iphone 4 it only sends the audio to the tv and not the video. Any chance of getting AirPlay video support? If not, how about a video podcast of all the videos?

The best laptop for your situation is the Asus G73.

 • 17.3-inch screen (1920x1080, LED-backlit)
• Intel Core i7 720QM
• 8GB DDR3 RAM
• ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 1GB graphics
• 500GB (7200RPM) hard drive
• DVD burner
• HDMI/VGA/4 USB

Core i7 720 is the best processor for video editing and encoding you could get in a laptop.
 8GB of Ram, nuff said.
Radeon HD5870, gaming in DX11 you'll be set for a long time.
500GB HD to hold your large video files.
DVD burner for authoring your video editing creations.
HDMI out for sharing your video editing creations.

At $1500 its cheaper and more powerful then both the others you were considering.

I agree with Riboflavin.   If your not gonna go i7, i5 will save you about $200 when you combine the motherboard and processor savings.

I gotta say I'm getting my moneys worth out of my i7 920 though.  I've run it at 4.2Ghz on air 24/7 for over 6 months.  Its worth it in my opinion.
