" I imagine it takes up a lot of time. Ryan has to write the script while Vinny needs to scrub through the movie looking for clips. Add that to the actual recording time and video editing and you got what is probably the better half of an afternoon spent making the videos. "
The reason you aren't seeing it is pretty much this combined with the fact that this is one of the busier times during the year for high-profile releases. "
So as a consequence, we should be seeing more reviews, Quick Looks and articles by the GB staff instead of just episodes of TANG? "
Sorry, did you miss the 4 Quick Looks posted yesterday?
" Was looking forward to Gears of War 3 more than any game... Now micro$oft has delayed all the fun. #GreedofWar3 "
Dude. Three posts does not equal a trending topic. Also, I think you're super edgy because you put a dollar sign in Microsoft. STICK IT TO THE MAN BRO. FUCK THOSE GUYS WANTING TO MAKE IT BETTER BY DELAYING IT.
Self-entitlement at it's finest, ladies and gentlemen.
Certainly at the point where you're at, if you can beat the last boss of the Tartarus section you're on (and can't go any further), you're on the right level. Some of the later Tartarus bosses can be right bastards compared to the Midnight bosses (or at least this was my experience with FES; they might have rejiggered the stats of some of the bosses to make them less/more punishing in P3P).
" Added part 3 so people don't have to go looking through the thread pages for it. "
Cool, didn't realise a third part was out. Must have come out when I was on holiday or something. Shame there's no more Hiimdaisy comics to base them off of now.
" @Godot: It was a collection of 4 short stories in a book that looked quite small. When I looked on the blurb, I didn't recognise any of them either so it wasn't his famous stories like The Mountains of Madness or anything. I'll probably pick it up next time I'm there though. "
Ah, it's a shame there isn't a bigger collection you could get. Lovecraft seems to undergo these weird dips and resurgences in popularity; when I bought my anthology (the first Penguin one, called The Call of Cthulhu and Other Weird Stories) in a medium-sized bookshop there was at least four other anthologies on the shelf from differing publishers. This was four or five years ago, mind, so maybe people might be buying his books less at the moment.
(if you could remember the stories that were in it I might be able to tell you whether or not it'd be worth buying; as many good stories Lovecraft's written, he's written a few duffers. I wouldn't put it past a publisher to include one good story with 3 shitty ones)
