If you like what you see here, check out the site for regular updates!I hate air travel. From where I live now to get back to California and see my family, I can expect to deal with roughly 10-12 hours of being on planes or in airports each way, mostly because of a mandatory layover between my small-town and the bigger hub that I’ll fly to LAX from. I always get stressed out when...

This review was originally written for Gaijin Densetsu, if you enjoy it, you'll definitely find more stuff you like at the full site. I spent some time with Corpse Party this past weekend. If you haven’t heard of it, don’t worry, you’re not alone. I only came across it while perusing the web for deals around Halloween last year when it was on sale. Trip On This 0

Hotline Miami that takes a very barebones story and wraps it around a few simple gameplay mechanics that have some depth in execution, and then presents them all with a perfectly tuned aesthetic that marries each element together into a cohesive package. Three basic ingredients: Story, game, and presentation combined to make one game that is greater than each of those parts.I'm not going to pretend that I can sum up what Hotline Miami is better than the game's publisher Devolver Digital, so here...
