It took me a bit to get used to the controls, but it seems pretty good so far. There doesn't seem to be a block move, only parry and a dodge. I guess blocking doesn't really fit in with what they are trying to make.

As someone who has a deadline for professionally writing a book, I can safely say November is the worst month for this. There are so many games I need to get.

I agree totally. The best Giant Bomb content is when the guys go off tangent or when games glitch out on them, not them fawning over games (Starcraft will never not be boring to me).

As someone who has written for video game sites in the past, I can definitely say nothing is like what the guys do here. My old site actually shit all over me for adding too much personality into editorials, something I've come to expect from Giant Bomb.

I think it was Speed Racer for me. My dad got me into it, he watched it when it was first brought over. Dragon Ball Z was definitely the first time I heard the term anime though.

The obvious answer here is to buy every copy of AC3 and use it as a form of currency in areas without power.

Thanks for pointing out the Yakuza article. I always wondered if real Yakuza were interviewed about the games.

I would have liked to see some closure for the Farmville segment. The meeting for the last episode would have been glorious.

@Stahlbrand: I've played so many hours of the bass expansion (I don't even want to think about how many hours on the base game), and I was blown away by how much new stuff they added. Something I have been wondering about other bass Rocksmith players, do you follow if a song tells you to play with a pick or your fingers? I play every song fingerstyle, it's the way I learned to play. I just don't have any fun playing with a pick. I will play some of the faster metal songs with a pick though.

As someone who works in New York City you kind of learn to ignore them and keep walking. It sounds kind of cold, but I have no idea what they would do with that money.

Where I live upstate there is a beggar who is literally from a millionaire family. He stands by grocery stores asking for money, then goes home to a huge house. You never know with some people.

Here's hoping for a Vinny and Jeff Quick Look. The nostalgia overload would be amazing.

Don't you mean a BRVJ Quick Look?

My wish would be for two separate quick looks, one for each team.
