I have an incredibly passionate hatred for The Road. It reads like it was written by a twelve year old, completely lacks both style and substance, and features some of the most horrendous dialogue ever written.

You should probably just stay away from videogame tie-ins as most of them are trash, though admittedly I did enjoy Mass Effect Ascension.

For fantasy go with some Dark Tower, A Song Of Ice And Fire, or His Dark Materials. There's also a not-terribly-popular-but-amazing book called Retribution Falls by Chris Wooding that I freaking LOVE and recommend to everyone, ever.

Sci Fi = Ringworld, Dune, anything by Philip K Dick.

Stephen King's pretty cool too. Don't be put off by his being pigeon-holed as a horror writer, I find his books to be much more light fantasy.

AVOID: The Elder Scrolls: The Infernal City, The Road, anything Halo.

Listened to it, it's trash. What happened to LP? Hybrid Theory was brilliant, but they've just diluted themselves into garbage since.

Just get whatever's cheapest. From what I remember, Substance didn't add any narrative to Sons of Liberty. It was all just bonus features like skateboarding and shit. Maybe a few gameplay features, but that's not really what you go to MGS for.

I'm not sure if this applies to MGS3's Subsistence, but I'd wager it does.

Anyone who said no is a liar - Biological fact. We're programmed to fear death, for obvious reasons.

We're making a number of increases to the health of zerg buildings, which will make the very vulnerable zerg technology structures more resistant to raids.  We don't expect these hit point changes to have a super significant impact on the game, but the current numbers felt way too low.

Oh, thank Jah!
