The "Gender Change" page was created by ahoodedfigure and he always meant it to be all-inclusive.
 
People that are "in the know" about transgendered people and whatnot generally use the word "sex" to refer to a person's genitals and the word "gender" to refer to the gender a person identifies themselves as (read more about it on wikipedia). Thus cross-dressing could also fall under "Gender Change."
 
I can see how this could cause some confusion amongst the general gaming public (there already was some back in the early days of the site), so if you've created a cross-dressing page so we can split up physical sex changes and cross-dressing that's fine too. I added 99% of all h-games featuring cross-dressing to the site so I'll go ahead and move those over.

I like to think of myself as a guru on transgenders (no, I'm not a tranny). I'll take a look at the list and fix anything I see.
 
Edit: Looked through the list. Most of it is Japanese H-Games/Visual Novels. I don't feel like acquiring them just to see if they have gender changing. The few games I have played on that list I can't remember having either a transgender character, or a cross dressing character (Jade Empire is one that sticks out here.).

I don't know which ones to move, but I do know which ones to keep: specifically, Faria, Crystalis, and all those Ranma games. That should help somewhat.

Okay, so currently, the Gender Change concept is loaded with games that should actually fit under the new Cross-dressing page, though to what extent, I'm not sure.  People more knowledgeable about these games than me (particularly the variety of Japanese H-games attached to the concept) are going to be needed to help sort the mess out and refile games under the appropriate concepts as necessary.  'Cause seriously, there are over 80 games attached to Gender Change, and I'm pretty sure a large swath of them actually have nothing to do with any character physically changing gender at any time.
