If that PSU is decent quality (I don't really know about Corsair's VX line; haven't heard about it, just know to avoid their CX and CS models) 550W is more than a enough for a 970 single card setup.
Speaking of the GPU what vendor are you going with? My advice: get the MSI Gaming 4G or the ASUS Strix. So silent. Much cool. (Sorry!)
As mentioned you could save some on the CPU by going with an i5 instead. For pure gaming the i7 doesn't get you any more performance.
Are you planning to do some heavy OC'ing on that CPU? Because if not, a traditional air cooler like the Hyper EVO 212 or Cryorig H7 would be a much quieter alternative to that H55.
You could also just get 8 gigs, still more than enough for 99.9% of games today, but memory is dirt cheap right now so what the heck, get 16 :)
Skipping through the video, I'm amazed he didn't set his apartment on fire earlier in the video. I think he violated most of the no-brainer rules when it comes to open flames and flammable fluids even before the actual fire.
Handling lighter fluid while having a lit cigarette in his mouth?
Bag of lighter fluid soaked tissues on fire? Put a cardboard box over it!
