Downloading the new SNES show, ETA of download...5 hours. What the fuck is this?

its pretty damn terrible. Downloading the Dwarf Fortress video at 200KB/sec. What the hell is this, the year 1999?

my downloads go just as slow as streaming. Downloading jar time at about 300KB/sec. Used to download all the time at over 5MB/sec
