I've only seen the norwegian original show that this is based on, wich I thought was... a bit here and there, I guess. Will see this too, or at least give it a chance.
I'm excited as hell, seeing how the reviews are loving it. Glad to se them treating the IP with seriousness. I don't care much for Spider-man (though I love Tom Hollands take on him) but I love a good super hero story.
It's a video made to show off a game getting alot of press already. With no release date yet it's so far off some of what was shown will have been removed or changed into something different and it's a lot of setpieces and a narrator telling you what you are watching because they don't think you'll understand it by yourself. Also, narrating is an asy way to throw out some buzzwords and oy does hehave them.
All the red lamps are blinking, this is't how it will be when released and don't believe the hype.
Worst: gamers. The self entitled jack offs complaining to every developer about some tedious crap they already know ain’t gonna get answered just so they get something more to complain about. Video games has the worst fucking fans of anything, and between the fans and the costs of making in’s games atop the whole uncertainty of jobs in the business it’s astonishing we are getting games at all.
I wish there was more permanent upgrades in the game. Base hp for instance. I love the game, mostly for the extremely nice controls (they are sooooo good) but as my progress is slowly halting because there are some runes I just can’t seem to find (wall jump and groundbreak specifically) the feeling of the game getting old is somewhere out there on the horizon and that bothers me.
@nodima: Andromeda is nothing now to what it was. It’s way better, and in some sense better. But worse than the trio logo, just not that shitshow it was when released.
