Hey, why not have one last crack at creating some new characters? I believe there was 26 character slots with a random and a DLC box so create two new characters that fit into the universe.
Kind of right with the announcement on Scarlet although she kind of appeared in MK2?
Playable boss?
Goro has not been a good playable character in the past but... He is a great character and you could give him some of Sheeva's ground stomp moves.

Not a fan of Sindel but at least she is better than...
