@InfamousBIG: I tried my best to watch the P4 Endurance run but man.... Menus....That game has hella menus. Vinny and Jeff would seemingly spend entire episodes looking at menus. There's the cards and registering and fusing. It takes forever.
Then there's the grinding. Slogging through corridor after corridor, getting your team levelled up enough to get to another higher level corridor. I personally can't stand that.
I really liked the story and the characters and really wanted to stick with it but the mechanics just wore me down. I knew I could just fast forward through the menu stuff but I thought why bother when I could watch the best of endurance run on YouTube and get a good chunk of story and a whole bunch of funny moments between Jeff and Vinny?
But hey, I know a lot of people out there love their JRPG's with all their grinding and menus. I'm not judging here, if you love JRPG's then that's awesome, do your thing
Infamous, if you're a big JRPG fan then this game seems to be one of the best of it's genre judging by all the love it gets over the internets so you should definitely play it. If you're new to JRPG's, then maybe watch a few more episodes to see what you're really getting into.
