Can't believe no one mentioned Barry Lyndon, that film is like a moving painting. Everything Kubrick and Hitchcock shot blows me away everytime I see it, and like Little_Socrates says, they're probably the most obvious answers.
Also, Paul Thomas Anderson's camera work always leaves me speechless (I have yet to see The Master). Emmanuel Lubezki's work on Children Of Men, and especially The Tree Of Life, is fucking gorgeous. Another film I always mention in these discussions is Last Tango In Paris, Vittorio Storaro's best work in my opinion, even surpasing Apocalypse Now.
