@mak_wikus: I will definitely look into that. It's not that much more money for a 650w (another $30 or so). Thanks for the advice. Better to be safe than sorry when you are spending $3,000 on a PC lol.
I am looking to buy a new gaming PC here in the near future and am having trouble deciding on a monitor. I've thought about ultra wide, 4k, curved, etc.
Can you recommend a good monitor? Price isn't too much of a concern but cheaper is always preferred. I'll post the PC specs below.
CHASSIS BLACK, VR READY
CPU INTEL I7-8700K, LIQUID COOLED
GPU NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti, LIQUID COOLED
DRAM 32GB 2666MHZ DDR4
STORAGE 1TB M.2 NVME SSD
MOTHERBOARD Z370
PSU 500W SFX, 80 PLUS GOLD
OS WINDOWS 10 HOME
Here are a couple of the monitor's I've been looking at
Some of the games I have that you haven't listed are...
Arms (okay for like 30 minutes, can probably skip)
Bayonetta 2 (if you never played it on Wii-U and like character action games, you should give it a shot. It's weird but fun)
Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze (same as with Bayonetta, if you never played the Wii-U version, you should give it a go)
Kirby: Star Allies (easy, short, fun time. Better co-op if you have family or friends around)
Sonic Mania (a good sonic game if you like the old sonic games)
Splatoon 2 (a fun multiplayer focused shooter. Don't buy it for the single player content)
You should give Mario + Rabbids a shot if you like strategy games at all. I bumped the difficulty down to easy and it was much more fun. There really isn't much of a grind in that game, you don't need to replay sections.
I haven't played Xenoblade so I can't speak to that one.
Why was Bucky not surprised by Rocket Racoon? I get that there are aliens and gods and stuff that these characters have been fighting/interacting with but seeing a talking racoon (an animal that exists on earth) wielding a gun I think would freak him out more than weird 4 arm aliens.
I'm excited to have some new content to bring me back into the game.
The main thing I still want and have wanted since day 1 of the original Destiny is a 3 player raid or raid equivalent. So much easier to get 3 people together than 6.
