Well, perhaps not. Firstly, it's not morning, it's 12:20 and I'm only now having my first restorative cup of tea of the day. Secondly there is no sunshine. It would appear that today is going to be a typical day with typical British weather. . . rain. Oh well, I shan't complain.

Today marks the start of 9 day's off from work, 9 days away from the office. I was planning to go away on holiday, but the more I thought about hauling around luggage and staying in hotels in far away lands where I don't speak the lingo, the more I didn't want a holiday.

So, instead I have decided to have a geeky holiday. I have decided to sit on my arse for 9 days in front of my 360 and play games! What, however, shall I play? I am currently playing COD 5 and I think I could have the missions done by today (Yes, that's right, I am actually playing the single player portion of that game). I also need to finish Assassins Creed which could take some time as I'm only about half way through, plus it would be kind of nice to get all Achievements for that game. But what else? What's next? Maybe I could buy a new 360 game? Maybe I could go back to the outrageously large pile of unfinished PS2 and Xbox games I have, not to mention the PS1 games.

I'll think about it, while I sit here, in my shorts with sticky up bed hair and a huge cup of Earl Grey. . . This could be a very nice 9 days.
