Cormac McCarthy is incredible. If you haven't read Blood Meridian, you should consider picking it up. I can't recommend it enough.

I'm currently in the middle of The Brothers Karamazov by Fyodor Dostoevsky, but I'm considering dipping into Haruki Murakami's The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle. I'm not really sure if I should, though.
