What have I been playing? 
 
...Heck, I dunno. Mostly older games, though. I still haven't made a dent in my list (The most recent was Under the Knife 2), but I guess I should just enjoy myself, right? That's the point, anyway. The list just gets bigger and bigger by day, and this recent Steam sale isn't helping one bit. Gabe Newell might as well keep my wallet in his safe under lock and key.
  
In the recent Steam sale I bought: 
Mirror's Edge 
Introversion Complete Pack (Partly after my friend told me, partly because I heard the guys mention it on the Bombcast) 
Half-Life 2 (I gifted this to my friend) 
Guild Wars: Trilogy (I gifted this too) 
 
The same friend who told me about the Introversion Pack was nice enough to gift me Red Faction: Guerrilla. When will I ever get around to blowing stuff up on Mars? I dunno. Probably when I want to take a break from all the games on my list. 
 
So! I played Mirror's Edge, and a little bit of Uplink. I had previously owned Uplink before the Introversion Pack, but it was $5 bucks for Darwinia and Defcon too, so why not? Mirror's Edge is fun if you don't mind lots of trial-and-error, which I don't. Some of the disarming stuff is kinda wacky, and the shooting's not all that great, but it's still fantastically presented. Definitely worth the five bucks I payed for it, if not more. 
 
I played some Portal map packs, and a little Osu! (which I'm making a beatmap for, currently), but I just can't find a game to get into right now.

I've been playing the original Mega Man Battle Network. You got me. I give. I really should finish the games that deserve it, but... ugh. 
 
Oh! I also played some of the ME2 Overlord DLC. It's not bad, although I can't decide whether the "Overlord's" voice is really, really scary or just plain annoying. Seriously, it creeps me out. 
 
And that's it! Not much, but, then again, it is almost the 4th of July. Is it sad that I'm more excited for the impending release of Persona 3 Portable than the celebration of our nation's independence?
