You need to feed on a npc. This will reduce your vampirism and people wont attack you anymore.

I really hate the curses in this game. Its probably the only thing that makes this game truly unfair. Im cursed right now as well. I think I might just quit.

Every time I rage quit, I secretly hope my save gets corrupted. If I lose my character, I will be set free. I can just put this game on the shelf and move on with my life.
