I am an Irish PhD student in Austin, Texas.  Once I'd gotten past the SNES/Megadrive era, I played mostly football management sims during my teens, but got back into games, strangely enough, with the Gamecube.  I followed the guys behind Giantbomb here from Gamespot, where I did a lot of reading/listening/watching and not much posting.
