So I've noticed recently that when I try to watch some of the longer videos, like Endurance Runs, the video will completely freeze, the progress slider on the bottom will slide back over to the beginning of the video and will refuse to move. 
I have tried both Internet Explorer and Firefox, as well as running the videos in low quality.
I am using Windows XP.
If anyone has any idea why this is happening or could suggest a possible solution for me, your help would be greatly appreciated.
