Glad Jeff has become more aware on the issue of broken launches, for too long we overlooked the issues going back as far as Fallout 3.

Strong refund policies (not the lame 2 hour ones steam/xbox has) are needed. With the option for consumers to refund games, developers are less likely to throw out broken games like Cyberpunk, Fallout...

@tomac: there's plenty of other influencers that will uncritically praise it - great to have some diversity. After watching this video, there's a lot of gameplay bugs that needs to be ironed out.
