Everything that made the first game awesome, but bigger, harder, and more throbbing. I mean, with quicksave.

Not quite sure what else I can say about this that hasn't already been said a million times, and better; it's a masterpiece.

The later games might have better graphics and more fully-featured online play, but for my money, this particular version was perfectly balanced and hit all the right sweet spots.
