Ok.... Im gonna help you... I do this a lot... i change the ground beef for chicken sometimes because it can get boring. Experiment is the best way to learn! Im a born cook and have cooked for a looooooong time. Family tradition i guess. im only 25 -_- made myself sound 500 years old.
Rice is quiet simple too: (start doing this before the meat part)
1 cup of rice = 2 cups of water.
Add some salt
boil until the water disappears, but don't let it get stuck on the pan.
-------------------- .......... -----------------------
Olive oil (1 spoon)
Get some ground beef or chicken sliced in cubes.
black pepper (just half a tea spoon)
salt (half a tea spoon)
Chopped onions
chopped red or green peppers
Sliced Mushrooms
Spaghetti sauce (any kind you prefer)
1/4 cup of water
Preparation:
Put the one spoon of olive oil on a sauce pan or wherever you want to cook this. Let the oil get hot a little then put your chopped ingredients and mushrooms. Let them cook for around 5 minutes making sure you use a kitchen utensil so they don't burn in the pan, use the common sense here xD.
Then add your ground beef or chicken, mix slowly with all the chopped and sliced ingredients already cooking, let it sit for 2 minutes.
Take your 1/4 of water. Remember this is a small amount. Once you do this you going to put your salt and pepper and any other condiments you want to add. The water is going to allow the flavor to stay on the meat and make the food taste nice, some sauces are really thick so this water will help it be more smooth and liquidy. Leave this to cook for around 5 minutes. Then add the sauce and then let that cook for around 5 - 10 minutes in slow flame or heat... depends on what sort of cooker you use. After this youll be ready! :)
Rice would be done right about the same time. :) SO VIOLA!! ready to eat!
WALL OF TEXT!! O_O but this is simple and good... you can do the meat also with spaghetti :) if your not a fan of rice. And PM if ya want more help xD happy to do so.
