Poor Port but Still Shines 0

I'm sure we all remember playing the original Tony Hawk Games on N64 or Playstation and I am pretty happy that Activision has decided to bring this game in HD and on PC with Xbox 360 Controller support. My first impressions of this game started out with the game starting in 720 resolution with borders around my monitor.* There are NO in game video options. So you can't adjust resolution, Vsync, Anti-aliasing, etc. in game. You have to do this in the .ini file located in My Documents -> My Gam...

The Combat System Every Game Needs 0

The title says it all. You have to plan the way you want to swing a sword, use a shield, or fire an arrow. this game is really great that has great support with mods and other cool servers. The online community is pretty active to the point where you can have 200 person matches. The graphics are a little dated, they remind me of the original Xbox graphics but that isn't what really makes a game. Its innovative. It uses a combat system that works great with medievil combat and it shows. It takes ...

Speechless. 0

Jamestown is a top-down shooter reminiscent of the classic games on SNES and the Sega Genesis. The plot of the story is to stop the Spanish Martian Conquistadors from their evil plot. This game takes an interesting twist on history and turns into a fun breathtaking work of art. The soundtrack in this game is... beautiful. The moment that I heard it playing in the background during battle I knew I would love this game. There are four different classes of shooters to choose from but you only start...

This Game Is Great. 0

Is this game frustratingly hard? Yes.Is this game quirky and you feel accomplished beating it? Yes.Should you buy this game? Yes.My experience for Super Meat Boy is one of pure, frustrating, fun. Super Meat Boy is a platforming game that has a difficult level structure but it is beatable. There is a great level editor for user created levels to challenge your skills even further. I recommend playing this game with an Xbox 360 controller as it will give you more control. This is a fun game that y...

The Game That Sold The Gameboy 0

Pokemon Red/Blue is a JRPG set in what is called the Kanto Region. The player takes on the identity of a young boy whose goal is to catch 150 Pokemon, beat the elite four, and become a Pokemon master. Your player carries a team of 6 Pokemon at one given time while you can store other members of your team in "Bill's PC". Pokemon Red/Blue was released in 1998 for the Gameboy as a monster catching game marketed towards players connecting and intereacting with each other.Since being made in 1998, th...

A Lot To Do In Stillwater 0

Starting out in this game you expect it to be similar to Grand Theft Auto and thinking of drugs, prostitutes, and mostly the sporadic killing that will ensue in the many hours. However, Saints Row: The Third takes on a very different, absurd, and humorous approach to the open world crime game. You will be placed in scenes of insane action and dialogue that your parents probably won't approve of. Saints Row The Third also comes with a new perk system to make sure that you can get extreme bonuses ...

Killing Floor Worth The Money 0

When the Steam sale of this game hit, I had little thoughts on whether to buy it or not just because of the fact it was zombies. Zombies are becoming the World War II Shooters of this age of video games and I just couldn't place myself into buying a Zombie game after spending hours on Left 4 Dead. Let me reassure you, this is not Left 4 Dead. This game consists of multiple classes such as: Sharpshooter, Pyro, Berserker, Demolitions, Support Specialists, and Medic. Each class can be leveled up to...
