@lkpower My experience with Cyberpower was that they installed my water cooling incorrectly and fried my video card and mobo. Then it took them well over two months to replace it and when I kept calling them to see why it was taking so long, they finally admitted they put the PC on the desk of a guy on vacation because no one wanted to deal with repairing a PC that had leaked coolant. It worked okay after that but I could tell the job they did was kind of crappy. I've been building my own PCs ever since and never looked back. Keep in mind though, this was like 7 years ago so for all I know they could have improved. Building your own is just so much more satisfying IMO.
@bananasfoster I loved me some Roger Wilco and Quest for Glory but they are entitled to their opinions. They don't need to make it clear they are puzzle games to know they felt about them when they played them. This site is these personalities talking about what they like and their opinions on things for better or worse and no one there is like yourself or I who enjoyed those games. The Lucas Arts games were great too.
It's fine to me. Different people means different views and analysis of things. Also, Jeff normally listens to the Beastcast and I recall the episode in question and I feel like Jeff sounded like he knew they had covered it as well. It was really interesting news and while they surely share many listeners, there are many who only listen to one of them. Not really fair to that audience to not include things.
Oh, fuck no. Would you rather have mountains of old Gamespot era cheese? Just big fake grins and makeup and super strict segments? These guys are really good at what they do and are doing it exactly the way they want to. It's far more entertaining to me for them to be themselves and riff on things then going back to highly produced 10 minute videos where they can't swear. I do love it when Vinny puts some work into a project but they maintain their attitude. There's a reason Gamespot is backing off of the highly produced preview coverage style site. People just don't care for the cheesy smiles and teleprompters.
