Loves video games, hates porn. An odd combination....

He doesn't hate porn. He proposed a SOPA amendment which would cause SOPA not to include copyright protection of pornographers, which would allow porn copyright infringement to continue. If anything, he loves porn.

Here's some decent jet gameplay, and this was before jets were super-buffed a little before Back to Karkand:

I'd fraps ground footage but unfortunately my computer can't handle doing so on higher resolutions.

So that happened.

I just finished the single player campaign.

I felt a lot of hatred and anger while playing it. There were so many times when I died arbitrarily. They often tell you to run from point A to point B while infinitely respawning guys are shooting at you, and I died about 20 times in scenarios like that.

It was bleak and humorless. I never felt joy or elation, just relief, "Ugh, I'm glad that's over." when I finished a mission.

I wish they would put a single player bot match into the multiplayer maps. That's all I ever really wanted, just like Battlefield 2.

Most of the COD games had non stop respawning guys till you hit a certain point

Did the OP claim CoD campaigns were good? I didn't read his post like that.

Yeah, there should definitely be higher assist values in this game, like 2x higher across the board.

I've always hated punkbuster, and it never seems to ban any cheaters. I prefer non-punkbuster protected servers with constant admin presence.

The surest way to take out a chopper is with a jet. Even the best chopper pilot/gunner comp is no match versus a decent jet pilot. Just make sure you fly toward the chopper from an upward angle, don't fly toward a good chopper head-on or you'll get AA missiled/laser pointed.

That's a weird restriction. The demo should just be unrestricted, but should only take 10 minutes or so to beat. I remember Half Life 2's Ravenholme demo was one of the more convincing demos I've ever played. Also, the Battlefield 1942 demo, back when demos weren't called open betas, which contained one multiplayer map (Wake Island).

It did. I beat Deathwing the first week of Looking For Raid. I'm not doing that half-assed, easy-mode instance over and over for 9 months until MoP comes out, and I wasn't suckered into the annual subscription with a free copy of Diablo 2.

If Blizzard wants to abandon their game for a year, that's their problem. My whole guild transferred over to SWTOR and we're having a blast, some of us are already lvl 43+

Surprisingly I'm going to put the most stock into IGN's review, since the reviewer there is actually very thoroughly reviewing the game from lvl 1 to endgame. Check out their preview page, it's very informative and has lots of great praise and criticism.
