There's two bald eagles that live in a tree that I can see out my window.  They're both there right now, they look amazing in the sunlight!  Seeing them I thought about some people I know who'd really like to see an eagle let alone have them living right outside their home.  So what about you guys, is anyone here fortunate enough to live near wildlife, or are you stuck inside a city with the pigeons?

barely. i'm in the suburbs and i don't see much, if any 

I see birds taking a shit.

The only wildlife where I live is the cat that hangs at our house and the dog across the street.

It depends how you would define 'wildlife'. I live on a farm, so I'm around animals every day but I rarely see any in the wild. A couple of foxes, a badger or two and obviously a lot of birds, but nothing major. I'm probably in the wrong part of the world for the really impressive animals.

A raccoon or skunk every now and then.

when i lived in Sweden i saw alot, lived in the "forest" thou. Have seen foxes, deers, mooses and some other animals in our yard.
 
Now i live quite central in Kyoto and... nothing :(

For some reason, I thought the topic title said "wildfire."  Either way, no, not very mucho wildlife nor have I seen any wildfires in my lifetime.

Yeah, in Wisconsin deer cross the street all the fucking time.

Yeah, tons of deer and various birds...turkeys, foxes, racoons, rabbits

Mostly winged, bipedal, endothermic, egg-laying, vertebrate animals. Other than that I don't see much. My year as a conscript was spent in northern Norway, where I saw a lot of reindeers, and some elks.

Birds, cats, dogs, foxes, skunks, squirrels, deers, various insects, and there was a bear in my neighborhood before so that counts. = - P He messed up the potatoes I was growing in the garden.

I live right next to a small park connected to a church so I see birds, cats and dogs. But I guess the only wildlife would be the birds, and I guess a few stray cats.

I see my neighbor mowing his lawn.

Nope, we domesticated the hell out of all wildlife.

Sure lots of rats and roaches!!!

Not much wildlife. 
 
Foxes, pigeons, doves, the odd pterodactyl. 
 
And lots of Leprechauns.

I once shot a Unicorn that was in my back yard. I buried it and a beautiful tree sprang up there that grows watermelons. But that doesn't count, really, because everyone can see the unicorns RIGHT? 
 
On another note, there were like 8 deer in my neighbors yard a week ago. I tackled one and taught it to speak Spanish.

Not much, no.  But one time I swear to God there was a fox on the sidewalk in front of my house, just chillin. Another time I saw a deer my some train tracks, and I've seen possums crawling into storm drains late at night.  
That's what I've seen, but in my entire life. not much.

yes, i see deer sometimes, coyotes, bird. there are some wild life where i live.

I usually see a variety of wildlife on my way to work. Most of the time I see deer and Canadian Geese.  
 
On a side note, that is a beautiful dog in the pictures.

When I lived in my old house I did, I always saw wild animals now I do not see any since I live in an apartment now.

I see lots of Drug addicts and old people.
That counts as wildlife right?

I used to see all kind of animal b/c the nearest town was like 10 miles away. Now I'm like ten minutes from Mall of America so I dont even see birds.

I saw a dead bird once.  It was black and orange all over and I could see its bones.  Does that count?

Racoons, skunks, cats, small birds, 

Not much, but there has been at least one skunk around for the last week or so.  I'm afraid it's going to spray my dog.

Nothing really.  Just birds that fly by and the occasional rabbit and squirrel.

I live in Montana and see plenty of deer (often dead ones), moose, elk, and other critters.

Nope. I live in a suburban area. Barely see anything that interests me. 

I live in a city, so, not really. Just a raccoon or a possum occasionally during the summer.

I see Deer in my yard occasionally.

Kangaroos all over my university, so pretty much everytime I'm there early. Don't see much else, although there are some nice parrots and galahs (Another type of bird) which eat seeds on the ground.

i see a few hobos here and there
