I've enjoyed it quite a lot so far. I'm pretty crap at racing games, so I had it set on easy to begin with. Switched it up to medium and it immediately felt more fun. I was still doing quite well so I think I might try hard out later on. I'd probably suffer from having the full damage settings on, as apparently I have no qualms about smashing other cars out of the way as I corner :)

Favourite moment so far has to be overtaking someone by driving through a row of cones at a ludicrous speed.

Ahhh, i love when guys like you come around and make stupid comments like those. i am gonna save this quote for later use.   its also pretty fucking funny how defensive all the 360 fanboys are getting because of this.  "
I don't see much fanboy action in these comments at all. Most people are saying they prefer Forza, but that doesn't make them fanboys, just people with an opinion. Admittedly the quote you highlighted has a certain fanboy ring to it, but that's pretty much the worst it's gotten here.

I have a 360 and not a PS3. Therefore I shall be buying Forza, which I'm very happy about.

" A.  If there happens to be a Heaven and Hell, I'd much prefer eternity in heaven. Seems like an obvious choice really. You have two options: Believe in God, go to heaven. Or Don't believe in God, and go to hell? I'm Christian, and if nothing else, Christians tend to be pretty wonderful people. "
I'm not sure about the "Christians tend to be pretty wonderful people", but what you're suggesting sounds a lot like Pascals Wager.

Attention all people in this thread:

The poll is BS. Why? ...
While you certainly make some excellent points, I think perhaps your forgetting the idea that these terms have taken on a life of their own. As much as their social application might be at odds with strict definitions, the fact that they have that social application imbues them with alternative meaning. 'Atheism', 'Agnosticism', and 'Theism' are taken to refer to general viewpoints. 'Theism', quite simply, being anyone with a religious belief, 'Atheism' being anyone with a belief that there is no God, and 'Agnosticism' to refer to those who feel they are unable to make a concrete decision either way. The poll is basically asking: 'What kind of general viewpoint do you most closely associate yourself with?'

I agree with you that, technically, 'Agnostic' is not at odds with either 'Athiest' or 'Theist' - in terms of how they were traditionally defined. However, consistent use of them in the way I referenced above has altered what they mean. The error has become so widespread that it has ceased to be error. The fact that so many people in this thread quite happily associate themselves with Agnosticism, in opposition to both Theism and Atheism, seems to evidence this. It seems that you also feel such a change is underway. Like it or not, language alters and mutates and that's exactly what's happening with these terms.

What an amazing thread. Keep up the good work the entirety of Giant Bomb.

EDIT: I've been inspired to try my own...

Thank you guys very much for providing with such a massive amount of entertainment over the past few months. I'll miss my daily Endurance Run fix, but I'm sure you'll replace it with something equally excellent.

It's pretty hard to recommend a good RPG that won't suck you in. Oblivion sounds like a very good bet however. Lots and lots to do but offers you more freedom of action than almost any other game. You always have the choice to just stop doing something and wander off somewhere else. Plus there's loads and loads to do so it'll take you a long time to get bored. The modding community for those Elder Scrolls games is always very strong as well.

Thanks everyone (Hi Dave!). If I can hold out until Ryan's review then I will, but I fear I might cave in before then. Any more advice would be very welcome :)

P.S. I like that obscurefan started his post with the word 'Welp'. It made me feel as if I was being given a lecture from a super-villain.
