Any version of this works, and either one. 1 or 2, original, Black or Sigma. Original with the Hurricane Packs is probably my favorite, though, because of the Intercept move.

I'll play through this just to listen to the soundtrack. Sure I could just listen to the actual soundtrack but the gameplay compliments the music so well.

Any version will do. Including 3 or 4 (lol) Indestructible.

I definitely play the first one more often than the other three. And its because of the first level. The Hydra level is one of the greatest levels in all gaming.

I kept playing this over and over on the Snes when it came out, and continue to enjoy playing it thanks to the cycle of rereleases. There's practically one version for every generation since it came out, I think; The Snes, PS1, GBA, and DS versions are the ones I have, anyway.

Between the Dreamcast and Gamecube versions I've put in over 500 hours worth of gametime. Still completely addicted to it. I just played it yesterday for 3 hours.
