Aww thanks for the love guys (well, most of you jerks, anyway!)
This post was originally a huge response to a bunch of you individually but I decided to scrap it and just say to you all "Hey thanks for listening" and special thanks to Jeff and Jason for the opportunity. Being on the show and talking with the guys is always special for me... It feels like 'coming home' if that makes any sense?
Anyway, sappiness aside - I'm here if you guys ever want to chat. Just shoot me a DM or a note on Twitter or whatever.
new Captain America figure looks awesome. Kinda torn on it being a new figure rather than a power disc...but I guess now we're entering the realm of "variant figures" with new Cap and Hulkbuster, or already have if you count Black Suit Spider-Man, but at least new Cap has new moves.
Hopefully there are more Marvel characters left to be announced.
There are still more Marvel characters left to be announced - And we were really careful about choosing Captain America for this. We wanted to tie the figure more closely to the MCU, and with the new film coming out next year in spring, strategically it felt like a good time to release him.
We actually added a slot for him. We weren't planning on doing this, but after evaluating all of the cool things going on next year and some encouragement from Marvel we went for it. Happy to hear your opinion once you've played with him, but for now there is your explanation. He really feels like a different character and the value is there IMO.
