2011 GOTY

With the exception of Skyrim being at the very top of the list, these are in no particular order. There are a bunch of games that came out this year, and it feels like it has been a lifetime since I played some of them.

1. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
2. Bastion
3. Dark Souls
4. Mortal Kombat
5. L.A. Noire
6. Rift

There are, of course, a ton of games that I still need to play that I haven't played yet, as I have limited time and money. Games that weren't included on this for one of the two aforementioned reasons (or both) include Dead Space 2, The Witcher 2 (I bought it, but my computer couldn't run it), Dead Island, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Gears of War 3, Batman: Arkham City (I'm only mildly interested in this one - I love Arkham Asylum, but this one looks too similar), and Battlefield 3 (I bought it, but I haven't had time to play it yet).

So yeah, a short list with a lot of caveats.
