Despite the poor reviews Aliens vs. Predator (the game) sold very well. Rebellion has already stated that they would be very interested in doing a sequel and are most likely in talks or have received the green light by this point. So, the chances of a game featuring only the Predator are probably rather slim at the moment. I'll agree that Predators was quite good although I can't shake the feeling it fell just short of greatness. It's also a shame it dropped out of sight after only a couple of weeks. Here's hoping that it sells well when it comes out on Blu Ray.

Well, just got back from the new film Predators. I grew up on old-school action films like the original and while Predator 2 wasn't as bad the AVP films, Predators is definitely the film I have been waiting for.
 
I'm not going to spoil anything but all I can say is that Predtors is seriously awesome, there were a couple of lame things... and what the hell is with wasting Laurence Fishburne? That's my only real complaint to be honest, he seemed really thrown in.
 
Anyway, when the hell is someone is going to make a decent Predator game? Concrete jungle was pretty average and I'm not talking about a AVP game either. I'm talking about a no-nonsense, straight up Predator only game. Be it stealth, action, or a mix of both hopefully. I mean there is so much potential with this character and their mythology and taking stuff from the new film would open up an incredible opportunity for a game.
 
Here's hope that the film will inspire some devs to get busy!
