@Halberdierv2: Of course it's a good thing, and I agree that the important thing is how good of a job he's doing (duh) . But the thing is that people keep rejecting his mixed ancestry , insisting on keeping it simply black .

BAM And aint that a shame ? I think the reason why it gets me fired up is because I'm mixed myself . And people rarely recognise me as mixed. I'm black whenever someone needs an extra for a basketball game, and I'm white whenever I go to Africa .
I really feel like I'm the only one who gets annoyed when people insist that Barack Obama is black. It's always first black president this and that . And there is always a lot of focus on it . But the fact is, ladies and gentlemen, Obama is not black . I'm sure everyone knows this, but for some reason they just can't stop looking at him as "the first black president". Why are people so persistent on this ?
I absolutely love graffiti in general. But alot of it is basically vandalism, sadly. I've seen some urban areas absolutely covered in grafitti, and honestly some of the walls really look good with it.
I have a theory that anime series suck balls, while anime films tend to be more badass. Cause they divert from the low production value, and cliche appeal tactics. Akira, Grave of the Fireflies, Spirited Away... all amazing movies.
We all know one or two bands or musicians that are fairly unknown but that are still really good. Here's a band I saw live some weeks ago, which I absolutely loved. They're called La Casa Fantom, a Norwegian punk band which consists of a drummer and bassist, they ironically call themselves Drum'n'Bass.
They were warmed up by another pretty good band called Sønderknust. Not a lot of footage of them on YouTube, but I guess this will have to do.
