does anybody else think that these "accidental leaks" by gamestop, orgin, amazon, random blog etc are just so people will talk about em and actually care when they are announced.
I mean probably since im talking about it so I guess it works but still it seems kinda underhanded
I cant think of another game I'm more excited to play this year than Borderlands 2. What they're doing with making the guns more unique sounds amazing and expanding the zones to more than just desert is definitely welcome. Hopefully they keep the surreal and over the top humor from the first game which judging by the trailer they have. Also considering they are one of the only companies putting serious effort into their DLC being good and not just a way to make more money off of their customers; the fact they seem to be building the game to more easily integrate DLC is promising. I love the idea of more DLC playable characters so yea I'm pumped :)
Probably not considering they cant seem to follow up on the things they do well or do so in a poorly thought out way. They should of just been happy with the udraw on wii and focused on that. I still have no idea why they thought bringing that to ps3 and 360 would be a great idea. Continuing Red Faction in the vein of Guerilla would have been nice too instead of just making a linear and derivative game like Armageddon that the market is flooded with. Too bad that game led to them abandoning the Red Faction universe since it still had promise.
However the 40k universe is a great setting for games and I have high hopes for Dawn of War 3 so its possible they rebound. Hopefully that game comes out before all that money they burned with udraw sinks em
@JBG4: I think the mixed reactions are just from people who wish it was Chrono Trigger 2. The story is a little convoluted but I played it again about a year ago and I still enjoyed it
Just Cause 2 is great. You can finish the story pretty quickly but the map is giant and there's tons to do. Getting all the trophies will take some time.
Final Fantasy 4 - Pretty linear in the beginning but it opens up fairly quickly and there's a lot to do.
Xenogears - Gets overlooked for some reason but it has a cool story and interesting battle system
Chrono Trigger - Easy recommendation. Tons to explore, lots of sidequests and things to find and just a generally awesome game
Chrono Cross - Some people like it some don't. I loved it and its got a ton of characters, cool environments and an interesting battle system. No random encounters is also nice.
Phantasy Star 4 - Just an awesome game with a great world
I also gotta agree with the Super Mario RPG recommendation
