Simple solution to the extreme gathering problem this game has: You assign people to gather things for you. You're building a village so I would expect you to be able to 'discover' things that you can tell your village about. Make the village central to your own survival...

Been saying that the negativity on gamespot is not warranted. They've been ridiculously negative for the past month. It's not Destiny for many reasons.
Based on this quick look I'm excited. I also like that the PC version can slice n dice the UI.
