Cry? No, but I'm certainly bummed out. Like many other users, I had been following the crew from their Gamespot days and remember even five years later (wow, half a decade) how excited I was for that launch and the first year after that.

Good stuff man.

I've hardly listened to any of their podcasts (it's just not my thing), and I've spent the last few years browsing the website anonymously, but this will be the first podcast I listen to. It's unfortunate and sad, and a slew of other words could describe the situation, but hopefully everyone affected is starting to heal.

In comparison to many of the other forum members, I feel more disconnected and less upset; at least not to the extreme of crying. It's still an extreme bummer, because I remember being an avid follow of their old content from inception to 2009.

The Xbox One is going to have DX 11.2, and in theory if it's being released on the PC (in 2014) as well, after the release of W8.1, it's going to require (or support) DX 11.2.

Apparently Windows 9 is coming in late 2014, but might be delayed by Windows 8.2.

I'm not buying an Xbox One at $500, with or without a Kinect. It's just insulting to even consider a standalone Xbox One at $500.
