I'm pretty sure they did this before Halo Reach came out, and I saw it on Xbox Live's Inside Xbox or something. Besides, didn't they make one for the filming of Forward Unto Dawn?
Mmmmm...I don't know. Some of the quick looks get pretty long, whereas a review takes me around 5 minutes to read at most. There are some quick looks that I won't watch depending on what staff members are in them for that matter. For example, I don't care much for Patrick's quick looks, but I don't mind his writing style at all so I enjoy his reviews. I just don't care for his on camera personality. I'm not a premium member though, so that might have something to do with how I view GB's video content since I don't have access to things like Jar Time, etc.
I think Nintendo has a good ten years left in them with their current hardware development philosophy. I have absolutely no research or professional opinions to back that up, but they seem to be doing just fine for now. I'm not blown away by the WiiU, but people will still line up to buy the big N's IPs, and there's little chance that they will do cross platform support for some time.
That's funny. I just clicked on the comments link of the DMC review to see where things went, and it literally crashed my browser. It's most likely because I'm at work and they haven't upgraded their internet explorer version in 3 years, but it was still fitting. Things got ugly on there. Yeesh. Ok, now it just happened again! Something is fishy here. Wait....nope, our computers just suck.
Actually, a lot of people would have preferred if you had elaborated, and it would have drawn less ire if you had. You are entitled to your opinion, but at least lay the foundation for your feelings toward the game(which you did) then build an argument. A post like your last one just validates everyone's douchey responses since they have nothing to relate your reaction to the game with.
I dipped my toes in this game after sucking royally at The Witcher 2 because someone suggested that it was a more casual action RPG. It was pretty fun from what I saw, but the pawn thing got a little old after a bit. I haven't touched it in a while, but I might have to come back to it and devote some quality play time. I just have to finish some of these mindless shooters first.
I have the same problem with Dishonored. I'm really not to keen on games penalizing players for playing to their strong suits (i.e. getting a bad ending for not using stealth). I would much rather play balls out and maybe just miss a few acheivements like in Far Cry 3. Speaking of which, my only criticism is.....play Far Cry 3.
