If you're looking to get ready, you should check out www.levelupyourgame.com because they have IN DEPTH tutorials on the game basics. I'd love to see more people get into Tekken, because the T6 online scene is kind of dead, and I don't have any arcades near me anymore.

I stopped caring about Tekken after 3.  Though I have heard good things about Tekken 6 and if this is just Tekken 6 with a tag mode I might check it out.

Tekken Tag is WAY beyond what was good about Tekken 3. And the fact that they have Fight Lab in there to give you a hands on way of really learning how to play means you should AT LEAST Redbox it. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Started playing Tekken when there was a demo of 2 with two characters on some Playstation disc. The height of playing with friends was 3 and Tag, but I've kept with the series and think 5 was the best one.

But hot damn, I'm excited for Tag 2.

I think the WTF (World Tekken Federation) stuff is going to be very cool. It's like all the stat tracking and clan stuff that Halo does, but for a fighting game.

I need no practice, my Nina\Paul combo owns.

I am a huge fan of Tekken as a series and am unexpectedly hype for this one. It just sucks for me because it comes out a week before Borderlands 2 and I'm not even gonna lie, I really won't be playing much else after that drops. That said I will be digging deep into that Fight Lab and customizing the hell out of my favorite characters. Also, I'm loving that Snoop Lion track.
