There is no reason for anyone with a functioning switch to buy one of these. 50 bucks more for a bigger better screen, and that’s effectively it. They won’t learn a lesson unless we don’t reward their hubris with money. They didn’t even fix the joy-cons. DONT BUY THIS.

I think the older I get the less I need mainstream gaming. I don’t need a PS5 or Series X to play the games I like to play. I do need a decent GPU though so it isn’t like I’m not suffering with the rest of you who can’t get one. If I wait and am patient almost everything comes to pc or switch. I also don’t need to be pandered to. But when they do with say bloodstained or even more so with Dark Deity I tend to buy it. I am finding games that my last gen GPU can handle. Or getting older games on sale. In general I don’t have as much time to game and that puts me in the position to be more picky about what I buy.

While I don’t watch people play bad games to see them suffer normally. The Mario Party Party streams were about seeing the crew suffer particularly Jeff.

I was riding such a high when Mass Effect 1 ended that they could have done anything in the credit sequence and I would have been hyped for the whole thing. the euro techno track had me in a great mood. Sovereign was set up to be unbeatable and all of the council races join up to defeat him I cried tears when the alliance and turian fleets jump in. Guess I just wanted to say I loved the first Mass Effect ending and the other two games while better games were not nearly the story powerhouses the first game was. They had there moments the suicide mission in two was cool but that wasn’t the ending the giant terminator head was the ending. And the ending of the whole 7 year journey really doesn’t work unless you played the played the leviathan dlc first. So I guess I’m saying I love the end credits of the game I had the best time with and that is Mass Effect I

With the release schedule being what it is there will be plenty of time to torture Jeff with Balen once the garage is done.

The First Valkiria Chronicles sticks with me because I had played it so much loved the story and characters so much that i went and found fan subs of the anime based on it. Having every soldier in your statagy game have destinct personality’s despite a permadeath mechanic was brave. I don’t like the second or third game nearly as much. And hearing that the fourth game was a little horny put me off from trying it that and the storyline avoids most of the interesting aspects of the first game. One of the weirdest things that works is the alternative history Europe 1930’s setting and technology. I realized how tone deaf the racial bigotry is compared to the actual holocaust. But having grown up with problematic anime they are at least trying. It has stayed with me maybe just behind Persona 4 as my favorite Japanese game.

I played through the entirety of Demon Gaze on the Vita because it was cheep on a flash sale and was a game on the Vita. Pointless repetitive and merciless difficulty all for what seemed to be a H game with the H scenes omitted for an U.S. release. I got almost to the end before I discovered this. I just thought it was normal anime game horny till the relationships with all female characters went to sexy times. But it’s the only game I haven’t finished on the Vita led to a lot of bad games being played Demon Gaze was one I stuck with despite it being really bad.
