I think they should return the bonus money only after the president and all those in government return the money AIG employess donated to them during their campaigns.
Really tho, AIG, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac all shouldve went under. They failed because of crappy business decisions and letting Government tell them what to do, because with Governemtn and all its wisdom, they know everything about everything. Fannie and Freddie failed because of what the Government made them do in the 90's by trying to make sure everyone can buy a home, which pushed these companies to sell homes to people that really couldnt afford them and in alot of cases to people who lied on their loan application about how much money they made. Bill Clinton pressured these companies to ease credit to aid mortgage lending which led to the collapse over time, when it all finally caught up to them.
