Regime: Usually twice a day, first thing in the morning when I get to work and during my lunch break because I run. Occasionally a third time because I will sometimes go to the gym after work.
Haircare: I only shampoo the first time I shower, nothing special, just Head and Shoulders usually. I will just rinse in my second/third shower because rewashing makes my hair super frizzy.
Dark Showers: I have no problem with them in theory, however I have never intentionally had a dark shower.
Brushing your teeth: My morning brush has always been in the shower, has been since I was a kid. I didn't know people thought that was weird until last year when someone at work heard me in the shower (electric toothbrush). I still think its weirder that he was listening to me shower.
Shaving: I tend to use a trimmer instead of clean shaving so it's always done before I shower. I will clean shave every now and then and it hurts my face so I find a shower afterwards quite soothing.
Dry shampoo: I had no idea this was a thing until my girlfriend moved in, its incredible.
Lathering: Lather into hands and then work the body.
Temperature: Almost painfully hot unless its after the gym & then I like it quite cold.
Duration: 1st shower - 10 min. 2nd and 3rd shower - under 5 min
Miscellaneous: I really like a strong shower, I'm talking knocking you on your arse strong. I want a shower to feel like i'm being interrogated for international secrets. I also enjoy a bath on occasion but I have to go all out. I'm talking bubbles, bath bombs, face mask and a glass of wine.
