@Ravenlight: There are a ton of good recipes online. Just throw some greens (kale is the best) in with a bunch of fruit. Boom. Instant supermeal.

Yep. I know plenty of print-only designers who are having a really hard time right now. You need to at least be able to take a design and translate it into HTML/CSS.
